Know that we will begin vacationing again soon!

The wellbeing of our Owners, guests, and team members are of the greatest importance. We hope you are staying healthy and safe.  The Cove at Yarmouth’s management team is adhering to local and federal government mandates regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as following the guidance from the CDC.

We are keeping our housekeeping and maintenance staff busy working on a variety of spring projects, all while following CDC guidance regarding physical distancing. This includes our deep spring cleaning of all our units, carpet cleaning and power washing, so that when we can reopen, you can feel confident that your room meets or exceeds our usual high standards for cleanliness.

Additionally, we are making many improvements around the Resort, including recent repaving and striping of the parking lot and replacing eleven palladium windows.

In short, our intention is to welcome you back, as soon as it is safely possible, with the Resort ready for you in exceptional condition.  Our tentative reopening date is Friday, June 12, 2020.

We are working through changes as they happen and we will post updates to our resort closure, how best to reach us and all other pertinent information here.

How to Change or Cancel your Upcoming Reservation:

Depending on how you made your reservation would depend on how you change or cancel your upcoming reservation.

Cove Owners:

Prime Float or Holiday Float seasons can change their reservation (within the respected seasons) to the later weeks of 2020 or 2021 (weeks 1-13 for Holiday Float and weeks 14-19 for Prime Float). If you do not wish to stay at the property yourself, you can opt to put the unit up for rent or deposit the week with an exchange company for future usage. Please call the resort for assistance.

Fixed week Owners: If you do not wish to stay at the property yourself, you can opt to allow another guest to use the week (family member, co-workers, etc.), put the unit up for rent or deposit the week with an exchange company for future usage. Please call the resort for assistance.

 

Exchange and Club guests need to contact their exchange company to make any changes or cancel reservations

 

Rental reservations: Booking.com and Expedia reservations need to contact the booking agent. Please call the resort for assistance.
