| • | ASSIGNED WEEK (OWNER USE WEEK)
The specific dates for a given year as designated by your home resort. Owners must request this week in writing. |

• | COLOR CODES
Indications of the general exchange demand for each week at each resort. RED indicates greater demand; YELLOW/WHITE indicates moderate demand; and GREEN/BLUE indicates lesser demand. |
|
• | CONFIRMATION
A printed acknowledgment that a request has been fulfilled. |
|
• | DEPOSIT
After your week has been confirmed at The Cove, you may deposit it with II/RCI for exchange within the next two (2) years from the date of arrival. This is the only way you may carry weeks over from year to year. |
|
• | EXCHANGE
The means by which you may switch your confirmed week at The Cove and travel to other resorts world wide. |
|
• | EXCHANGE FEE
The fee that you pay to make an exchange to another resort. The "domestic" exchange fee refers to the amount you pay to exchange to another resort within the country that you own. An "International" exchange fee refers to the amount you pay to exchange to another resort outside of the country in which you own. |
|
• | FIXED TIME
A home resort week that provides the same specific week / unit each year. At The Cove at Yarmouth, Fixed weeks are 24-35 only. |
|
• | FLEX CHANGE or INSTANT EXCHANGE
The exchange method an owner will use if that owner wants to request an exchange week less than sixty (60) days from the desired travel date or has deposited a home week less than sixty (60) days before the home resort arrival date. |
|
• | GETAWAYS or GREAT ESCAPES PROGRAM
This program allows members, for a modest fee, to purchase vacation weeks fifty-nine (59) days or less, before the desired travel date, which have not been utilized by the exchange program. These weeks are available in addition to your use week. Discount vacation packages are also available. These weeks may be redeemed by calling either II or RCI directly. |
• | GUEST CERTIFICATES
The means by which an exchange confirmation can be assigned to someone other than the requesting member, with a fee of approximately $40.00. |

• | HOME UNIT/WEEK
The accommodations and time period that an individual owns (Fixed) or has the right to relinquish (Float) to an exchange company for another vacation week. |
|
• | LATE DEPOSIT
A week deposited from fifty-nine (59) days to fourteen (14) days before the date your assigned week begins. A late deposit must be redeemed through FLEXCHANGE or INSTANT EXCHANGE only. II and RCI will not accept deposits less than fourteen (14) days from the date the assigned week starts. |

• | REQUEST FIRST (exclusive to Interval International)
The exchange method used when an owner wants to request an exchange before depositing their assigned week at The Cove. If your request is filled, you must then deposit your week with II. |

• | RESORT CALENDAR
Each resort maintains its own calendar of week numbers, applicable dates, and color codes. This calendar may differ from the II or RCI calendars. |
