Reservation Request Card Instructions 
1.) Please choose three (3) weeks within your ownership season, in order of preference. Check your use week calendar to be certain that the dates run Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.
2.) A check mark in this box indicates that you will accept an alternate check-in day within the same week as your primary choice.
3.) Please list any unit and location preferences you may have in this area. (Unit and location preferences are subject to availability).
4.) If you are not planning on visiting the Cove and wish only to deposit a week with your Exchange Company, simply complete this section. We will assign you the best week available and then deposit it for you with your Exchange Company. Please be sure to indicate the year you are requesting and the Exchange Company you use. All assessments for the year that you are depositing must be paid or prepaid prior to depositing your week with an exchange company.
5.) Please be certain to complete all owner information in this area including your owner account number.
